1. About Jantro Bazar
Jantro Bazar is an online marketplace connecting independent parts sellers in Bangladesh with buyers. We are not the seller of the parts unless explicitly labelled.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact and address information. Vendor accounts require verified NID and, where applicable, trade license.
3. Orders & payment
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Digital payments are processed by regulated gateways. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated.
4. Returns
See our Return & Refund Policy for the 7-day window and eligibility.
5. Prohibited items
Stolen goods, counterfeits sold as OEM, and items violating Bangladeshi law are not permitted. Listings are removed and accounts suspended.
6. Limitation of liability
Jantro Bazar's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We do not warrant merchantability or fitness beyond what a seller offers.
