What we collect

• Delivery: shipping addresses you save.
• Vendor: NID, trade license, bank/mobile-financial details for payouts.
• Usage: pages viewed, search queries, order history.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, process orders, deliver parts, calculate vendor payouts, prevent fraud, and comply with Bangladeshi law.

Sharing

Order details are shared with the seller and courier assigned to your order. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls. NID and license images are only visible to platform admins during verification.

Your choices

You can update your profile, delete addresses, or request account deletion by emailing privacy@jantrobazar.com.
