Return & Refund Policy
Jantro Bazar offers a 7-day return window for parts that arrive wrong, defective, or materially different from the listing.
Eligible for return
- Wrong part number sent.
- Part arrived damaged or defective.
- Part type does not match listing (e.g. sold as OEM, shipped as aftermarket).
Not eligible
- Part installed or used, unless defective.
- Wrong part ordered by mistake with correct fitment data provided.
- Consumables (oils, lubricants) with a broken seal.
How to request a return
- Open the order in your account within 7 days of delivery.
- Message the seller with photos and a short reason.
- If unresolved in 48 hours, contact platform support via WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds are paid back via the original method within 7 working days.
Return shipping is arranged by the seller for wrong or defective parts. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns where accepted.
