Question 1

Are the parts here genuine or aftermarket?

Accepted Answer

Both. Every listing labels its condition — genuine OEM, aftermarket, or refurbished — and shows the OEM part number when the seller has provided it. Verified sellers have had their business documents and stock checked by our team.

Question 2

What if the part doesn't fit my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Every order is covered by our fit-or-refund guarantee. Save your vehicle in your garage before ordering to see fitment badges, or WhatsApp us the VIN and we'll confirm before you pay. If a confirmed-fit part still doesn't fit, we cover the return.

Question 3

How do I confirm a part fits before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Three ways. One: save your vehicle in the garage and only listings with a green fitment badge will show. Two: send us the VIN on WhatsApp (8801811600591) and the parts advisor will confirm within 30 minutes on business hours. Three: use the free Fitment Check form and we'll reply by email.

Question 4

Is cash on delivery available across Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes. COD is available in all 64 districts. You inspect the parcel before paying — if the item is wrong or damaged, refuse delivery at no cost. bKash, Nagad, card, and bank transfer are also supported.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka metro: same-day to next-day when the seller has stock. Divisional cities: 1–2 days. Elsewhere in Bangladesh: 2–4 days. The exact ETA appears on the product page once the seller confirms.

Question 6

Do parts come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Warranty is set per listing and shown on the product page. Genuine OEM parts typically carry a 6–12 month manufacturer warranty; aftermarket carries a seller warranty. Refurbished parts carry a shorter functional warranty. Full policy is on the Warranty page.
