Are the parts genuine?
Every listed shop is verified by Jantro. Products are marked Genuine, OEM, or Aftermarket — never mixed. If a part doesn't match its listing, our buyer protection covers a full refund.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes — COD is available on orders up to ৳25,000 nationwide. Above that we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank card. All payments are held in escrow until you confirm delivery.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day inside Dhaka on orders placed before 2 PM. Nationwide 1–3 working days via Steadfast, Pathao, RedX and Sundarban. Live tracking on every shipment.
What if the part doesn't fit my vehicle?
Use the fitment finder before you order. If a verified fitment fails, we cover pickup, return, and refund — no restocking fee. Wrong SKU shipped by seller? Instant replacement.
Is there a warranty?
Genuine and OEM parts carry the manufacturer warranty printed on the listing. Every purchase adds a Jantro 7-day fit-or-refund guarantee on top.
Do you offer workshop / wholesale pricing?
Yes — verified mechanics and workshops get bulk pricing, priority stock, and a 30-day ledger through the Mechanic Program. Apply from the mechanic page.

Delivery & shipping

Delivery windows

  • Inside Dhaka: same-day when ordered before 2 PM, otherwise next working day.
  • Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi: 1–2 working days.
  • Rest of Bangladesh: 2–3 working days via Steadfast, Pathao, RedX or Sundarban.

Shipping fees

  • Free nationwide delivery on orders over ৳499.
  • Otherwise ৳60 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside — shown at checkout.
  • Live tracking link is shared over SMS and WhatsApp on dispatch.

How escrow works

Your payment is held safely by Jantro and only released to the seller after you confirm the part is correct. If anything is wrong, we refund from escrow — no back-and-forth with the seller.
